Meiso Shiatsu Workshop

Meiso Shiatsu recognises a simple but confronting truth:

A therapist can only meet a client as deeply as they have met themselves.

The life's work of Master Yuji Yahiro, Meiso Shiatsu is a path for practitioners who feel called to go deeper. Beyond technique, beyond form, into presence, perception, and the essence of practice.

You will love this course if you;

  • Feel something essential is missing from purely technical work
  • Want to develop deeper sensitivity, intuition, and presence
  • Seek to understand Shiatsu as a philosophy of life, not just a therapy
  • Are ready to engage in self-study, meditation, and inner transformation

Meet Your International Teachers

Together, Nella and Maurizio bring over 70 years of combined experience in Shiatsu.

Maurizio worked closely with Master Yuji Yahiro, supporting the international teaching of Meiso Shiatsu across India, Japan, the Netherlands, and Australia. His role in transmitting this work globally reflects both depth of study and commitment to lineage.

Nella is Australian-born, and together they both practise and teach from the Oki Do Center in Forlì, Italy. Alongside her Shiatsu work, Nella also teaches Oki Do Yoga and incorporates the nutritional principles of Oki Do into her cooking classes at the Center, offering a practical and integrated approach to health and daily living.
