Co-Shi-Co
Armelle Sebbag, Christine Baro and Lucy Snedden founded Co-Shi-Co in 2016 - a community shiatsu clinic based on the cooperative model that offers low-cost shiatsu sessions in a communal setting 'for everyone, every week'.
Co-Shi-Co run a community shiatsu clinic at SPAN Community House in Thornbury every Tuesday afternoon.Introducing innovative ideas to offer shiatsu to people who cannot usually afford to pay for sessions, they expanded into running seasonal workshops combining shiatsu, TCM-based teaching and cooking.
Yama Ki
Yama Ki is tucked away in the misty mountains of the Yarra Valley, 90 minutes from Melbourne. It is an organic farm set on 54 acres of fertile land with fresh mountain spring water and clean country air. The organic food grown here is nutrient dense and uniquely suited to the mountain microclimate.
Retreat cottages for overnight stays are available, as are nourishing workshops and shiatsu treatments on the property.
Fresh seasonal organic produce and a herbal tea blend are available to purchase directly from the farm.
