Utilising both existential and gestalt perspectives, Vivien Watmough will explore loneliness through the four dimensions of existence: Spiritual, Personal, Physical and Social.
Participants will be invited to share their own experience of loneliness. We will then explore how practitioners' experience might enhance their therapeutic engagement with clients.
As many shiatsu practitioners work alone, this workshop also aims to assist practitioners to build further resilience into their practices.
