About the event

Catherine is a Ballarat based Shiatsu Practitioner and Visual Artist. She has comprehensive experience in Complementary Health care (since 1998) and Shiatsu (since 2013). She operates a private practice and is also the Shiatsu Practitioner at the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Center (BRICC) Wellness Centre.


Shiatsu treatment options for stress, anxiety, trauma and complex health patterns are focus areas of her practice.  Additionally her experience includes: women's health, oncology, disabilities, aged care, carer support and persistent / chronic pain. Catherine is also an experienced Community Development Practitioner.  Developing and presenting "The Shiatsu Sessions" - Self Care Practices for individuals and small groups.
